Do you offer gift cards?

We definitely do! We offer digital gift cards. You can find it by clicking on “Gift Cards” on our Main Menu. Our digital gift cards are the perfect solution if you are unsure of exactly what to shop for the person in mind. Simply select your preferred value and order, and we’ll email it directly to your inbox, so that you can forward it along to that special someone!

How do I redeem my digital gift card?

Simply enter the code provided via email into the “discount” field at payment page. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or PayPal.

How does gift wrapping work?

We believe unboxing is a special experience and we would love to bring that to everyone, even when it’s a gift for yourself. Le Nay provides complimentary gift wrapping, each piece is beautifully placed in our gift box. Just make sure to check off at check out!

Please note that we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.

How will my gift be wrapped?

Our packaging includes a classic mustard jewellery box, with a perfectly balanced ribbon bow. You can also include an optional special message which will be hand written! Simply leave your message at the message box at check out.
